Policies and Refunds
All guests of Country Garden Retreat will need to agree upon the following:
Country Garden Retreat is a smoke and pet free facility.
The deposit for a REGULAR RENTAL is a $250 and only refundable if notice of cancellation is received 90 prior to the reservation date. A $45 cancellation fee will be kept and the balance returned. A valid credit card number must also be on file to hold a reservation. The deposit is required within 14 days to reserve your space.
A 5% fee will be added to all credit card payments. Do not mail payments to Country Garden. Mail them to Sue Johnson, 40497 State Hwy 48, Hinckley MN, 55037.
The deposit for a HOSTED WEEKEND is 50% down ($75.00) per person. All balances are due 30 days prior to the retreat. If we do not receive your balance within 30 days of the retreat, your spot will be canceled and your deposit forfeited. Reservations made within 30 days of the reservation must be paid in full at time of the reservation.
There is a $45 cancellation fee for all confirmed reservations.
You will receive a confirmation email when your deposit is received.
A second confirmation letter will be sent after the final balance is received.
If it becomes necessary for you to cancel your reservation, notify us immediately via e-mail or phone:

Our price is based on a maximum occupancy of 20 persons and will not change if your group has less participants. If you have more than 20 an additional charge of $ 75 per person is required.
If you or your group breaks something, please make note of it so it can be taken care of before the next group arrives.
Guests may be charged for excessive damage to the Retreat. An itemized list of damages and invoice for the repairs/replacements will be sent to the coordinator/renter, payable upon receipt to the Country Garden Retreat.
A temporary hold will be placed on your selected dates for a maximum of 14 days while waiting for your deposit .
