Rates & Reservations

Below are our current rates, which may be subject to change. We will have specials periodically and our calendar is live for all to view. Please go to our contact  form OR call (320) 384-6052 . if you would like to book your dates, or have any questions about our rates and policies.

Regular Rental:

2 Night Minimum Stay
Check - In Time 1:00 p.m.
Check - Out Time 1:00 p.m.

Earlier check in times and later check out times can be arranged with additional fees.

Your coordinator needs to arrange the purchase/preparation of food/meal times within your group. If you need a caterer please refer to it on our contact form.

 Prices for 2010:

• Sunday - Thursday: $550.00 per night, plus tax.
  (Group of 18 = $32.66/person/night with tax)
• Friday - Saturday: $795.00 per night., plus tax
  (Group of 18 = $47.20/person/night with tax)
  * Add Sunday or Thursday for just $350.00
• 6.875% sales tax.

A temporary hold will be placed on your selected dates for a maximum of 14 days while waiting for your deposit .

Prices for 2011:

• Sunday - Thursday: $550.00 per night, plus tax.
  (Group of 18 = $32.66/person/night with tax)
• Friday - Saturday: $850.00 per night., plus tax
  (Group of 18 = $50.47/person/night with tax)
  * Add Sunday or Thursday for just $350.00

• 6.875% sales tax.

Prices are based on a maximum occupancy of 18 persons. The price is the same even if you have less than 18. Prices and occupancy numbers are subject to change.

Payment must be by check or money order. If we need to charge your credit card a 5% processing fee will be added.

Daily Rental:

• Mon, Tue, Wed, or Thur (up to 10 hours)  ~ $250.00 per day 
• Weekly Rental: ~ $3,500.00 per week ($25/p/night)
• Prices do not include a 6.875% sales tax.

Hosted Weekends

October 28 - 31, 2010  (fend for yourself weekend)                                

December 2 - 5, 2010 Hosted Weekend
(Thursday afternoon (1:00 p.m.) - Sunday afternoon (3:00 p.m.)

This is a great way to enjoy the Country Garden Retreat, especially if you do not have a large group with which to book a weekend.  Sign up to be a part of the group.  Food menu is planned for you and use of our specialty equipment 

(Cricut die cutter,large and regular sizzex machines, cutting pads, steam generator iron and more is included. Meals are not supplied on Thursday night.

2010 PRICE: Hosted weekends- $150.00 per guest (with 6.875% sales tax) for Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights. A $75 deposit is required to hold your reservation. .

Fend For Yourself Weekends- $100 + tax  per guest, Thursday - Sunday.

A $50 deposit is required to hold your space.

The balance is due 30 days before the date. If making your reservation less than 30 days out the entire amount is required to hold your spot.

Every effort is made to keep small groups together who sign up for these.

A temporary hold will be placed on your selected dates for a maximum of 7 days or until we receive your non-refundable deposit .

Reservations and Deposit

To hold a reservation we require a deposit of $250 and a valid credit card on file. This must be recieved within 14 days of making the reservation.

The remainder of the rental is due 60 days prior to the date of rental. Failure to pay the full rental 60 days prior of the rental date will be considered cancellation, your reservation will be cancelled and deposit forfieted.The deposit is non refundable, unless notice of cancellation is recieved 60 days before your stay. Your reservation is not confirmed until your deposit is received.

If the reservation is made 60 days or less before your date(s) the whole amount is due at that time. Our price is based on a maximum occupancy of 18 persons and will not change if your group has less participants. We require a two night minimum stay. If you stay friday and saturday, then sunday would only be an additional $350.

All coordinators or individuals for Hosted Weedends will need to read and agree to our Policies. A local caterer can be contacted for meals if you do not want to cook.

Our facilities are smoke and pet free.
